Caterpillar’s MineStar Solutions is hiring a Regional Product Support Manager in Malaga, Spain. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies ranging from complex applications that drive productivity to fully autonomous vehicles operating on both the surface and underground environments.
This is a new and unique team in the region to execute implementation, training, monitoring, and support for all the MineStar offerings with our growing client base.
You will help build this team from the ground up, leveraging expertise from our existing organization to craft a winning team.
You will provide in-depth technical support and lead problem solving and quality implementation efforts for all supported products and services.

What You Will Do :
- Build strong relationships with regional clients and dealers to ensure their success.
- Building a uniquely capable team that can fulfil a wide range of responsibilities with support for core teams.
- Providing Product Support to clients and dealers in the region; weekly client and dealer support meetings, site visits as required, and support KPI management.
- Execute on service deliverables; technical implementation, project management, formal user and service training.
What You Have :
- Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Problem Solving : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems;
ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Data Gathering & Analysis : Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- Technical Excellence : Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.
- Background in the IT and / or Mining industry , and proven ability to coach others in promoting, defining, analyzing, and providing superior technical solutions to business problems.
