Chemours is seeking a OMP Data Manager to join our growing Data Governance team. This position will be available at the Chemours Spain site Avenida de los Campones 75 33211 Gijón, Asturias and report directly to the OMP data team Leader.

As OMP Data Manager you will be responsible for data maintenance, data monitoring and resolving data discrepancies among systems. Also you will be creating standard operating procedures for data maintenance processes, performing ad-hoc mass data changes and assisting the recurrent data maintenance requests.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Compare large sets of data and succinctly rollup to relevant data views to assist business Leads with data accuracy.

  • Performing mass data maintenance activities and cross-system updates (testing/production) on an ad-hoc basis. Supporting effort varies by business based on data size, aggregation, and specific requirements.

  • Defining data management processes, simplifying and developing SOPs for data maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Supporting the recurrent (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) data maintenance requests from end users.

  • Creation/maintenance of data rules within OMP system.

  • Define the requirements of aggregation logic framework changes with the business.

  • Consulting OMP on the amendment of business aggregation framework.

  • Updating the Data Handbook.

  • Second level of support with regards to data related queries.

  • Become an expert resource for Chemours Supply Chain data.

The following isrequiredfor this role:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for details.

  • Self-organized and able to keep many tasks progressing in parallel.

  • Proficient with MS Office.

  • Strong familiarity with Alteryx.

  • High level of SAP knowledge.

  • Effective English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

The following ispreferredfor this role:

  • Experience in Supply Chain organization and processes.

  • Knowledge of OMP.

  • Familiarized with Azure DevOps.

Pay Range (in local currency):

€36,640.00 - €57,250.00
