⚡️As an Operations Project Manager,  

You will join the Operations Team and contribute to various strategic projects within the within the Operations Production Sites Department. You will work on: 

  • Project Coordination Support: Assist directly to the VP Production and Delivery sites in various department projects, adapting to new challenges and priorities as they arise.
  • Process Documentation and Improvement: Engage in documenting internal processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations.
  • Tools Exploration and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on various tools and technologies to support the department's strategic initiatives, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Management of Reports and Data Analysis: Take charge of compiling, analyzing, and presenting data and reports for the department, aiding in decision-making and strategy development. Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and timely reporting to support departmental objectives and projects.

🔎 About you :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • A strong interest in technology, project management, and operational excellence
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Fluent in English, and Spanish or French
  • An experience in call centers is a +!
