People Operations Manager

We're looking for a People Operations Manager to join the People Team and help us boost the company to the next level. 

THE ROLE✨

As our People Operations Manager, you will not only be spearheading a team of six but will also be central to all matters concerning staff management and employee relations. This role entails a dynamic blend of HR coordination on both local and global scales, delving into people analytics, and actively engaging in payroll management. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the testing and refinement of our software. At our core, we are dedicated to continuous improvement, and your insights will be invaluable.

What will you be doing:

• Oversee crucial administrative aspects such as labor, payroll, and social security processes, serving as a mentor and collaborator to our Payroll Specialist.
• Manage the intricacies of global mobility, maintaining a balance between flexibility and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the team on various employee relation initiatives to foster a vibrant and supportive workplace environment.
• Take ownership of contractual changes and promotions, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the enrollment and exit process for employee benefits, including health insurance, language classes, and other offerings.
• Facilitate leave and vacation planning to ensure seamless scheduling and uninterrupted workflow.
• Create reports on key HR metrics and help us make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure smooth and efficient handling of all employee requests.

your profile

• Background in HR management, ideally within a startup environment, who demonstrate a strong command of their field.
• Proficient in payroll, along with a solid understanding of legal and administrative intricacies, is essential.
• Inspiring and aiming to foster growth and development within the team.
• With ability to forge meaningful connections and cultivate robust relationships is paramount.
• Possess a keen aptitude for data analysis, adept at transforming complex data into comprehensible reports for all stakeholders.
