We are seeking a People Operations Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing and driving the delivery of People Operations Services across all Lines of Business.
People Operations delivers services for accurate employee payments, onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, immigration, regulatory and statutory reporting, and third-party vendor management.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Local Leadership for delivering regional projects, ensuring appropriate communications, training / education and change management.
Special focus on Time and Attendance implementation, Payroll Transformation and others related.
- Strategic collaboration with the country People, People Business Partners and other COEs to drive the global People plan, and ensure alignment with Local People objectives and Business requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, timeliness, and completeness, monitoring of the delivering of the projects.
- Help the region to streamline processes, driving consistency to ensure that local variances regulations are included making recommendations to ensure improvements.
- Partner with wider People Operations, People Business Partners and other COEs to help driving the roadmap and successful delivery of the projects.
- Manage escalations and proactively identify gaps in service delivery and devise practical, scalable solutions.
- Help managing change management in the organisation, providing support and coaching advice to help change in the teams.
- Monitor third-party vendor SLA's and be an escalation point for Vendor Management where service or scope requirements need to be addressed during the life of a supplier agreement
- Be a trusted partner of local stakeholders within People, Finance, Legal and Business Leaders, via frequent communication, feedback and problem solving.
Requirements :
- Project Management / People Share Services experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed and fast-moving services businesses environment..
- Understanding of functions and processes in People Operations within a Shared Service model, in a mix of decentralised and centralised operating models
- Capability to build positive and productive relationships both vertically and horizontally.
- Strategic agility and the ability to influence and People leaders, managing a range of stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience of supporting and ideally managing HR / Payroll related projects
- Working with Vendors to maximise effectiveness of the service.
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
- Influence drive change, and work with local leadership teams across a complex matrix environment
- Passionate about identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, providing recommendations on suggested approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other relevant languages advantageous.
- Understanding and experience of HR and Payroll administrative processes and supporting systems and managing significant change to those processes and systems is essential.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft, Service Now, ATS (Avature) or other HR Systems related databases.
- Skilled in use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
