Description of the team
The People Services Hub (PSH) manages all employee service requests, supports administrative and transactional activity and Business Partners and Center of Excellence initiatives.
What you'll do:
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the People Services Hub Team Lead, you will create Purchase requests on behalf of our PCW colleagues
Manage goods receipts and invoicing approval process after obtaining approval from requester
Identify process improvements related to the Purchase Request/Invoice process
Collaborates with P2P SME’s in order to ensure creation of PO’s and payment of invoices
Maintain Compass PR/invoice process documented
In addition to those main responsibilities, the PSH Administrator could also support the PSH team with:
Workday administrative tasks
Standardised reporting
Other HR administrative tasks
Update content on knowledge repositories
Who you are:
1+ years of experience in P2P process: purchase request creation and invoice management
Experience with SAP Fiori/ S/4 Hana desired
Experience in a shared service environment working with a case management tool
Experience in HR administration and/or Workday would be a plus
Good written and spoken English and Spanish. French, German, Italian or Dutch would be a plus.
Ability to work beyond the complexities of language, culture and multiple time zones and takes into consideration opinions and contributions of others
Ability to keep track of project milestones and KPIs, respecting timelines and commitments
Ability to solve problems and curious to try new perspectives and initiatives
Adaptability, resilience and determination to overcome project challenges, identifying positive aspects in each situation and recovering from the setbacks quickly
Customer focus with experience in a global organisation
This role is global but will be based in Barcelona. As this team will be learning and developing together and as there are many transactions that need to be done in the office, we would envisage that the majority of the week would be office-based (3/4 days/week), and we might need to work on some holiday days as per rotation. So we offer an hybrid working model.
