What You Will Do

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing with at least 1 year of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) including building strategy, managing media and sales / marketing alignment.
  • Develop the paid media strategy and launch high-performance paid campaigns (awareness, demand generation and nurturing) across advertising platforms with a focus on social media.
  • Take on the subject matter expert role in paid media - provide recommendations and best practices towards framing new campaigns and optimizing live ones to achieve the best results and ROI on paid investment
  • Maintain and optimize existing campaigns, with regular reporting of performance against goals
  • Create and manage remarketing audiences across all paid media platforms
  • Manage the paid media budget, both in terms of allocation and optimize results towards achieving business KPIs
  • A strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns : implementing, executing and measuring ABM 121 & 1 : Few campaigns.
  • Regularly test and implement advanced approaches and tactics related to platform management, campaign targeting or budget optimization.
  • Develop ad assets aligned with brand (landing pages, banners and ad copies) Implement A / B and multivariate testing of ad copies, banners and landing pages
  • Report and track cross-platform campaign performance (via Google Analytics, Hubspot, or other tools) to take a data-driven approach to analyze, optimize and improve campaign performance
  • Cross-team collaboration : Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Content to share learnings and keep up-to-date with market and customer needs

Who You Are

  • Experience rolling out an ABM strategy
  • Experience targeting B2B decision-makers in enterprise organizations is essential
  • A flair for reporting and Excel. You can analyze large data sets and are comfortable with all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, concatenations and pivot tables.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. You have experience delivering results and know how to plan and execute accordingly.
  • Experience in international, enterprise customers
  • A driven and self-starting personality. You hunger for continuous self-improvement and development as you grow in this role and with our business.
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken

We'd especially love to speak with you if you've :

  • You have created ABM marketing strategy from scratch
  • You have knowledge in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Lifescience, CPG specifically in the R&D space
  • You have worked with ABM-relevant software & analytics such as 6sense, Demandbase or Terminus
  • You have created social media campaigns
