What are we looking for?
We are looking for a PMO Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be :
The PMO Analyst role is essential for providing administrative, operational, and coordination assistance to the Project Management Office (PMO) team.
This role ensures the smooth functioning of the PMO by handling various tasks that support project managers, stakeholders, and the overall project portfolio.

What UST expects from you?
- Proven experience in banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Very good knowledge Office Tools (Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc).
- Strong PMO skills & experience (PM governance, meeting minutes, Managing RAID Log, Financial tracking).
- 4 years of experience wroking as PMO Analyst.
- Good english level (B2-C1) you will be working with international teams.
Valuable and desirable : being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).
Work Location
100% remote within Spain.
Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
