Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, identifying short- and long-term opportunities, and driving product strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, researchers, and others, in a dynamic environment to deliver impactful and delightful user experiences.
Engage with teams across Microsoft to integrate the latest technology and ensure that our product caters to the needs of our diverse and global user base.
Ensure our products and connected services comply with the Microsoft Privacy Standard and all applicable legal regulations.
Represent Microsoft in the search industry and community, and nurture relationships and collaborations with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields
10+ years’ experience in product management or software development leadership
OR equivalent experience.
Proven track record of experimenting, launching, and scaling successful products, preferably in search engine, web applications, and/or mobile application development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
