Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Conduct detailed consultations with high-net-worth clients to understand their travel preferences, desires, and requirements.
Build strong client relationships and maintain a deep understanding of individual preferences. Itinerary Planning : Design and customize exclusive travel itineraries, considering client preferences for accommodations, activities, and experiences.
Collaborate with luxury hotels, private villas, and other high-end service providers to create seamless and unique experiences.
Logistics and Coordination : Manage all aspects of travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and reservations.
Ensure impeccable coordination and execution of travel plans, including special requests and surprises. Destination Expertise : Stay updated on global luxury travel trends and destinations.
Provide expert advice on unique and hidden gems to enhance the overall travel experience. Client Communication : Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after their travels.
Handle any issues or adjustments to travel plans with professionalism and efficiency. Budget Management : Work within client budget constraints to deliver exceptional value and experiences.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable rates and exclusive perks for clients. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred but not required we will train you.
Proven experience in luxury or Private Travel planning, catering to high-net-worth individuals preferred but not required we will train you.
Exceptional understanding of global travel destinations, luxury accommodations, and high-end experiences. Strong negotiation and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
