Purchasing & Procurement Manager Iberia in the floral and gifting industry is a fundamental piece of our growth playbook and this role will be critical for the future of Colvin.

As a Purchasing & Procurement Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for the demand planning and purchasing of all the goods for the Iberia market.
In constant coordination with Category and Operations departments, you will find the best and most reliable suppliers to purchase flowers, plants and complementary products to fulfill Spanish and Portuguese sales.
What you'll get to do :
- Coordinate with the Purchase manager in Italy.
- Elaborate weekly forecast for both countries Iberia & Italy.
- Build & retain growers and vendors relationships.
- Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices with vendors.
- Proactively elaborate analysis and reports to follow key KPI's.
- Understand and improve business processes.
- Follow and assure the inbound of samples for new collections.
- Proactively proposes projects to improve efficiency & costs in procurement and operations.
Requirements :
- 2 Years of experience in Purchasing in a company with production processes.
- Experience in the flower industry & flower market is mandatory.
- Advanced level using Excel.
- Work from office 5 days a week (option to telework on Fridays after a successful onboarding).
- Driving license is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Italian is a plus
