The Quaker PGT S&D Systems & Tech Senior Manager will provide National leadership for the implementation of ICS WMS deployment for all Quaker Warehouses. This key leader will collaborate on short-term and long-term strategy for warehouse inventory management. This is a key leadership role that partners with the PMO, testing and non-testing vendor leads, technology teams, process value streams, PGT global teams, and IT Tech Services. In addition to successful test execution, the role is responsible for coordinating test readiness, test reporting, risk and issue management, and deploying testing approaches and strategies.

This role will be supported by vendor testing resources to ensure successful delivery. Test types include but are not limited to integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing, operational readiness testing, in project regression testing. This will also cover testing and start-up execution required by the project due to technical landscape initiatives including upgrades, code merges, migrations.

Accountabilities:

• National Project leader of ICS automation logic and partnering with internal and external teams on enhancements to optimize efficiencies for warehouse systems development.
• Testing support for updated versions of automation systems.
• Provide the field with support related to systems and training virtually and in person.
• Manages a team of 2-4 direct reports, and the development of their leadership and career development.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Support development and facilitation of training sessions to all levels of the organization.
• Provide automation systems support to field teams, HQ Engineering, helpdesk, IT, HQ teams, and Vendors from project scoping to post project hyper-care support.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for field and support team questions/concerns.
• Leverage analytical competencies to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for process and operating improvements.
• Provide technical expertise to field and support through on site visits when needed.
• Support the field with any issues that surface post project deployments.
• Clearly and concisely communicate project status and updates across the organization.
• Other duties as required.

Scope of Interactions:

• 50% Internal – key stakeholders, across levels and across functions.
• 15% External – programs and processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in warehouse and in depth understanding of ICS and MFG/WHSE Operations.
• Lean six sigma training or knowledge a plus.
• 10+ years of F/L plant warehouse work experience.
• Test lead/manager experience should span across implementation lifecycle including effort planning, test strategy, test preparation, execution, Reporting and closure of projects from QA perspective.
• Should have experience of working a complex landscape and integrations with multiple applications.
• Strong knowledge of and experience in management of different testing types System, Integration, Performance, UAT and ORT, security, controls.
• Understanding and experience in testing in Agile methodology, such as SAF.

• Knowledge and familiarity with project management and demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and phases to a high-quality output.
• Proven experience in leading multiple complex Supply Chain operations projects with a record of delivering results.
• Strong warehouse operations understanding & knowledge.
