We are looking for a receptionist with previous experience in small hotels or hostels.The person in charge should do the following : -Reply to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.

  • Confirm arrival times for the next day's reservations.-Reply guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed.-Keep the reception clean and organized.
  • Answer phones and process new reservations.-Check the shared bathrooms and if needed, he / should clean them.As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be required to : The receptionist should offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company’s standards, while providing reliable information and support services throughout their experience with us.

Take ownership in managing guest expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise with the guests’ needs, travel purposes, plans, etc.

Take initiative in accommodating the customers’ needs in a resourceful manner (internal and external clients)Effectively communicate with guests, visitors and team members in person, by telephone or email in a courteous manner at all timesBe pro-active in the learning and development of administrative tasks, procedures, processes and standards and ensure correct practiceEnsure that all set shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant parties / shiftsSalary : -Receptionist : €1,485.

99 gross for 14 annual payments; With the monthly payment of the extra payments, the gross salary becomes 1733.66.-€ more bonus for meeting monthly goals.

Social Security discounts are applied to the gross salary (a fixed rate of 6.47% is applied for permanent contracts) and Personal Income Tax (the applicable rate depends on the annual salary and family situation of the worker).

Professional proficiency English language.Tourism studies.Previous experience of at least 1 year.Ideally you must have : Previous experience in the customer service sectorKnowledge of RMS is desirable, otherwise training will be providedProficient level of IT systemsFluent English, both verbal and written (bilingualism is highly desirable)A good understanding of versatility and the ability to apply this competence on the job role
