Your main functions will be :
- Attend to customer complaints and claims and try to solve them with the utmost diligence.
- Knowing the general objectives of the company and specific to the establishment.
- Ensure, within our possibilities, maximum customer satisfaction during their stay, in constant communication with the Guest Service department.
- To carry out and comply with the check-in and check-out schedules in coordination with the Guest Service department.
- Have knowledge of the hotel facilities and the destination of Madrid to be able to adequately inform the customer.
- Participate in periodic meetings of the front desk department.
- Promote internal communication and the use of the communication channels established by the company (bulletin boards, suggestion box, meetings).
- Know and comply with the established internal rules and, in any case, act in accordance with the instructions received from their superiors and professional knowledge of the job.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in the position offered, preferably in hotels with LHW and Forbes standards.
- Knowledge of Prestige hotel management software.
- High level of English. Second language is a plus.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
