As a People Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential candidates, evaluating applicants from various fields and seniority levels, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll be doing :
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish clear qualification criteria for prospective employees.
- Define efficient hiring processes and implement evaluation scorecards to streamline the selection process and ensure consistent evaluations.
- Create and publish compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Proactively network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and other relevant platforms.
- Thoroughly screen resumes and job applications, identifying candidates who align with our requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to curate shortlists of highly qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Track essential hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, to optimise the recruitment process continually.
- Foster regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates, cultivating a talent pool for future job openings.
- Oversee HR operations, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, off-boarding, and performance reviews, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement best employment practices globally, keeping abreast of HR trends and regulations.
