David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international recruitment consulting company. Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' teams remotely or on-site.
Position : Recruiter - Life Sciences on German Market
Locations and work model :
Remotely / work from home in UK, Romania, Czech Republic, Italy or France
Or on-site in London, Brixen (Bolzano, Italy), Prague or Bucharest
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration model : Base salary + commissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed
- Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacancies
- Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
- Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
- Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
- Communicate interview results to candidates
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
- Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression
- Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads
REQUIREMENTS :
- Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Life Sciences industry on the DACH market as a contractor (e.g. agency, RPO etc.)
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 German language and C1 English language
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Display strong organizational and administrative skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
