DirecciónOur Volume Recruitment team at Jet2holidays are responsible for the successful delivery of recruitment campaigns for the business areas of Jet2holidays Overseas Operations .

We have some great opportunities for Recruitment Administrators / Telephone Interviewers to join us on a Fixed Term contract basis as we work towards a very busy Summer 2024! In this role you will support our Overseas Volume Recruitment Team to ensure we continue to deliver a high-quality service to the business, maintaining an excellent candidate experience .
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing , screening and sifting candidate applications
- Managing candidate communication via our dedicated email inboxes and Applicant Tracking System
- Processing successful candidate offers via our Applicant Tracking System
- Phone screening candidates
- Effective management of assessment paperwork and ensure candidate document compliance is maintained
- Ensure the best possible candidate experience is delivered through regular communication and proactive management of applications
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the HR team and wider operational business and represent our brand positively
What are we looking for?
- Proven and effective administration skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
- Strong planning & organisational skills with excellent attention to detail able to execute at pace
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike
- Proactive , adaptable , and motivated with the capacity to multitask
- Good working knowledge of IT systems , particularly MS Office
- fluent in English
