As a Recruitment Team Lead, you are responsible for the development and execution of smooth high-volume recruitment processes supporting the growth of our business. Leading a team of driver recruiters, you will be giving your team members the guidance and direction needed to continuously improve their processes and candidate communication so that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Your Main Responsibilities will be...
- Liaising with the internal stakeholders about recruitment needs;
- Steering and managing the team to reach the recruitment targets;
- Working together with the Recruitment Manager on projects and forecasting
- Support and deliver global recruitment initiatives within local markets
- Translating recruitment needs to the recruitment marketing team and discussing feasibility with them as well as hiring managers;
- Taking ownership for the recruitment processes and continuous improvement
- Keeping contact with your international peers to share best practices;
Can you deliver...
- Experience leading and coaching a team and steering on KPIs
- At least 2 years' of experience in managing a volume recruitment team
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to motivate and develop your team members
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, internally and externally
- Strong analytical skills, proven track record of reporting and having used data to improve workflow
- Ability to manage projects and execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and innovation, to make our already awesome team even better
