We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Retail Marketing Specialist B2B in Godoyear beria.

Responsibilities :
1. Deploy New Corporate Identity :
- Implement new Corporate Identity in both existing and new stores.
- Oversee interior and exterior design enhancements to align with brand standards.
2. Dealer Communication :
- Manage intranet and newsletters for effective communication.
- Establish a repository for advertising assets, ensuring easy access for retailers.
3. Franchise Conferences :
- Plan and execute local and regional conferences to enhance retailers engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, agenda, and activities to create impactful events.
4. Local Franchise Events :
- Organize store openings, jubilees, and local retailer tuning events.
- Foster a sense of community among retailers through local events.
5. Sell-in Promotions and Loyalty Programs :
- Develop and implement effective sell-in promotions and loyalty programs.
- Monitor the ROI of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Merchandising and Clothing Programs :
- Oversee merchandising initiatives and clothing programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with retailers to ensure consistent brand representation.
7. ROI Analysis :
- Analyze the ROI of sell-in campaigns and promotions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing future initiatives.
8. Franchisee Satisfaction Survey :
- Manage the annual retailers satisfaction survey.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
9. Customer Administration :
- Oversee customer administration processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer-related issues and improve service.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail, event planning, and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
