A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist prepares complete technical solution sales proposals for Robotics Press Automation Global Solution Centre based in Spain and working with our Local Offices worldwide

In this role, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions.

This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms
• Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Providing assistance and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations
• Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews
• Studying customers’ needs and competitors’ offerings through market intelligence and insight from sales teams

Your background

• 3 years of experience in projects engineering, working as projects or sales engineer with mechanical and/or electrical experience in the AUTO or metal industries market
• Knowledge of Autocad, Solidworks, RobotStudio, Office, PowerBI, etc
• Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
• An Egineering degree is required
• High level of English and Spanish languages are required. German or French are valuable
• Current work permit valid in Spain
