The perfect candidate will :
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy or MBA
- Be experienced in FMCG retail commercial environments
- Be able to identify areas of financial risk and opportunities
- Have great commercial knowledge, know how to improve results within the business model
- Have several years of experience in sales controlling (minimum 5 years)
- Have strong business acumen and be able to act as a business partner for the local MT (steering / influencing)
- Have the capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan, driving corrective actions
- Be able to handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
- Be a problem solver
- Have entrepreneurship mindset
- Have strategic thinking skills (vision / concepts)
- Have a Can Do attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile
- Be a native Spanish speaker
- Able to professionally communicate in English
- Have previous experience working with SAP and Power BI
