- Craft andimplement a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of allregional marketing events including test drive events, lead generation events,and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches)
- Development in-store programsand email campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads
- Work with communications team onconsistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotionalmaterials to support our sales enablement activities (e.g. collateral)
- Lead content productioninitiatives (video, photography) with central team
- Manage outside agencies andvendors on a needed basis
- Evaluate and track the successof programs and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity forTesla
Solicitud
- Minimum 5 years experience indigital marketing and integrated marcomms
- Educational background in marketing, communication or other related degree with proventrack experience
- Excellentwriting and editing skills. Fluency in English and local language is required. Any additional European language is ofadvantage
- Maintain a high sense of urgencyand entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills;ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issuesindependently
- Highly organized with theability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Result driven, hands-on,positive “can do” attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and toinspire others
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proven ability to work in afast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
- Large company discipline...smallcompany entrepreneurial attitude
- Strategically planning withstrong project execution and negotiation skills
- Online to offline eventcoordination experience is preferred
