Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance the assigned client portfolio according to the strategy defined by the Sales Management in order to achieve the established objectives
- Know the range of products and services as well as manage and carry out, if necessary and after appropriate training, service actions, requesting appropriate support through the TEAM LEADER
- Register commercial activities in the CRM on time : Contacts, opportunities , call reports, etc., as established in the commercial management methodology
- Negotiate commercial conditions with your clients, in accordance with the instructions set by the Commercial Management
- Support Marketing activities, knowledge of the competition; attendance at Fairs, image of the KLUBER Brand, support the development of the digital strategy
- Support the strategy defined by the Sales Management
- Support the preparation of the annual Sales budget for your client portfolio and your objective plan, providing the necessary information in a timely and transparent manner and in accordance with what was approved for the corresponding Department / year
- Promote the values that the company's Brand represents and develop its attributes : Ambitious Attitude / Outstanding Performance and Personal Style
- Represent the client in internal functions
- Promote and practice the Value Selling work culture and methodology
Qualifications :
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical Specialty, preferably)
- Commercial experience in industrial goods and value sales
- Commercial attitude
- Teamwork and goal planning
- Negotiating skills
- Orientation to results
- Upper intermediate level of English
- Availability to travel
