Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist, provides administrative support to account managers, to ensure that all sales, services and finance processes run as optimally as possible for customers and for the internal organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing (new) orders that have been closed by the sales departments.
  • Processing customer upsells, downgrades, and contract cancellations.
  • Processing contract renewals with existing customers and partners.
  • Forwarding these assignments to Finance Operations and, if necessary, working with this department to steer assignments in the right direction.
  • Communicate with the logistics department for the processing of Hardware deals.
  • Take care of the administration related to leads, contracts and documents related to contracts.
  • Creating and checking quotations for our sales departments.
  • Reviewing and approving Sales Orders.

The ideal candidate will have / be

  • Able to speak, write and read fluent Spanish and business level English.
  • 2 years of experience in SaaS / tech companies in a similar role.
  • Experience with the usage of CRM packages.
  • Knowledge of financial processes
  • Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers, and knowledge of the sales processes involved.
  • Experience with ERP packages is a plus.
  • Commercially minded.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an international team.
