What will you be doing?
- Trouble shooting and new configurations for our existing clients according to the Service Level Agreement and timeframes (investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and documentation).
- Design and configuration of solutions as well as provide functional / technical expertise.
- Deliver effective client communications.
- Identify, manage and test SAP Note application as an advanced Correction.
- Create and send Customer messages using SAP in order to request support and corrections.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
SAP certification or equivalent proven SAP work experience.
EXPERIENCE :
- Configuration of applications
- Experience with trouble shooting
- More than 3 years of relevant experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES :
- Entry : Uses Resources to Resolve Routine Issues; Developing : Resolves Variety of Issues; Seasoned : Resolves Wide Range of Issues;
- Wide Experience : Resolves Complex Issues; Broad Experience : Contributes to developing Organization Objectives
