Right now, we are looking for a SAP VIM Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.
The opportunity
You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP Procurement to Pay. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on-Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Procurement to Pay. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5+ years of experience in SAP VIM implementations
- Strong experience in designing, implementing and supporting SAP VIM module, including configuration, testing, and deployment
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, invoice management, and accounts payable (AP) operations
- Solid understanding of SAP VIM integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP VIM workflows, document types, and post-processing framework (PPF).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Candidate has to work closely with the clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy SAP VIM solutions. Should provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the project team and end users
- Excellent English verbal and written communication (C1)
Ideally, you’ll also have
