Main Responsibilities :
- Supervise the daily activities of our different stores to guarantee the optimal development of operation
- Coordinate the activities of the different teams and establish the mechanisms for the fulfillment of the objectives
- Analyse and implement the necessary improvement actions
- Oversee salary costs to stay within the budget for your area
- Conduct recruitment interviews and oversee training programs
- Keep up-to-date communication with your team, informing them about company performance, procedural changes, and strategic direction
- Propose professional development plans
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure team satisfaction & client success
- Ensure exceptional customer relationships by training your teams to deliver outstanding service
- Handle customer complaints according to company policy
- Drive sales, manage pricing and promotions, and oversee budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure smooth center operations and lead cross-functional projects
Core Skills / experience :
- A university degree or equivalent educational background
- At least three years of proven experience as an Area Manager in the retail sector
- Demonstrated organizational skills, adaptability, and proactive work ethic
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative nature
- Driven by goals and committed to delivering results
- You are Milan based or willing to move!
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously in a rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented person
- Excellent negotiation skills
