What are your daily tasks?
- You’re leading sales business partnering & category management project for Traditional Trade and Cash&Carry
- You’re a manager of one person, focusing on their development and empowering them
- You’re providing input into channel and customer strategy based on category and shopper expertise
- You’re leading a World-Class Customer Engagement process for key customers and the Joint Business Planning sessions
- You’re cooperating regularly with Sales, Revenue Management, Shopper Marketing and Marketing to answer our shoppers’ needs and deliver business goals
- You’re leading the Shopper Research agenda for Traditional Trade and Cash&Carry channels
- You’re proactively seeking potential chances and solutions using all available data sources as well as active observations
What will you bring to the team?
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management
- Analytical skills & fluency in the Nielsen Answers tool
- Experience in preparing and delivering selling stories to trade
- Great project management
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Fluency in English & Polish
- Driving license and readiness to go on business trips
