We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our RGM ensuring that our products and services are meeting the needs of our customers and driving revenue growth for the company.
Location - Barcelona
Key Responsibilities :
Offer expert guidance and support to teams dealing with complex Pricing, Promotion, and PPA models, leveraging advanced applications to meet business objectives.
Lead the development of new products and services that meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure successful recommendations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends and incorporate these insights into product development and marketing strategies.
Lead sessions for requirement gathering, solution design, and create blueprints for analytical solution development, emphasizing design thinking and business problem-solving.
Monitor and analyze product performance and use data insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Familiarity with the CPG landscape, Strategic Revenue Management, including a strong understanding of data landscapes like Retailer Media Network, Nielsen, IRI, etc.
Key Competencies :
Strong understanding of RGM strategies, trends, and best practices
Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and services.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Familiarity with Python and Power BI
