- WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy for the Payment Gateway, aligning it with the overall company goals and customer needs;
- Clearly communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to the development team; Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our Payment Gateway remains at the forefront of innovation;
- Analyze and interpret market data to make informed decisions about product features, pricing, and positioning; Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define and prioritize features for the Payment Gateway;
- Establish and implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of the product; Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines to internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support teams;
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the product, including user guides, API documentation, and release notes;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payment processing or fintech industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Payment Gateway technologies, industry standards, and security protocols. Advanced English level; Russian not less than B1;
