As a Senior Content Creator you will develop and execute the social media content strategy for different clients, working hand in hand with multidisciplinary teams in the agency.
Therefore we need you to have a strong knowledge of the social environment, editing tools, as well as influencer marketing.
You will boost social media strategy of a household appliances company and a FMCG client.
What the role involves :
- Development and execution of social media content strategies, developing creative and strategic work in a coherent and persuasive manner.
- Ability to translate a client briefing into tangible actions within a previously developed social strategy.
- Present your ideas and proposals, as well as the results of executed campaigns, in internal and client meetings, managing creative feedback, constructively challenging colleagues and clients alike to achieve the best possible work.
- Know Social Media KPI's and be able to translate them into your daily work to achieve continuous improvement of campaign results.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how ideas can be executed on different social media platforms and formats.
Qualifications
- Solid creative background in the field of social media.
- Strategic ability to define objectives, their measurement and possible corrections to be made.
- In-depth knowledge of the language and digital environment, with a focus on social media.
- Ability to translate client requests into brilliant and relevant creative that works on social media.
- Collaborative mindset for colleagues and partners.
- Critical thinking for briefs and creating problem-solving work.
- Understanding of production processes on social media platforms and the ability to execute them.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain production techniques and jargon clearly and accurately to clients and colleagues in other departments.
- Entrepreneurial creativity to come up with ideas.
- Organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple projects.
- Previous experience in an agency environment.
- Knowledge and mastery of Social Media editing, management and measurement tools.
- Native level in Spanish and C1 in English.
