Job Description

This is a remote position.

Senior Standardization Product Analysts are responsible for the analysis, documentation, coordination and management of requirements regarding new or existing company internal standards.

They identify and understand the stakeholder’s demands and document them in a clear and binding way. They are part of several standardization squads and work closely with standard squad leads and subject matter experts in the squad.

  • Identification of requirements regarding new or existing company internal standards
  • Identification of business problems / needs, priorities and conflicts
  • Support the Standard Squad Lead in providing the business context to the stakeholders
  • Compliance with guidelines
  • Perform and conduct internal interviews with stakeholder throughout the entire standard lifecycle
  • Produce high-quality documentation and requirements for the standards
  • Interact with stakeholders and Standard Squad Lead to collect feedback, review and improve documents

Requirements

Required skills

Analytical way of thinking and excellent moderation skills. Besides, they must be experienced in conflict management, persuasive and able to generate enthusiasm for their standards.

  • Very good English language skills
  • Proficient with requirements engineering
  • Profound agile mindset and experience in collaborating in agile teams and environments
  • Familiar with agile ways of working (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Brings sharp analytical and technical writing skills
  • Ability to present and visualize complex matters in a comprehensible way to third parties
  • Must be a self starter with the ability to connect to diverse stakeholders, and proactively seek connections in the organizations and on the projects

Requirements

Major Accountabilities (for full list of Compliance and GxP Responsibilities see section 4)

  • Works closely with the digital execution manager to plan, develop and execute on Omnichannel engagement plans that support company’s integrated inbound and outbound campaigns towards HCPs and Patients
  • Main focus area : Continuously develops the online content plan and agenda for multiple stakeholders (e.g. HCP and patients) in close collaboration with the Brand Managers, LBTs and Digital Manager.

Ensures timely implementation of online content in line with the yearly content plan, agenda and allocated budget.

  • Ensures all content placements are in line with relevant internal and external regulations.
  • Works closely together with internal and external content experts to create content that communicates the brand positioning and messages via online channels
  • Manages the total process of digital content management : from content creation to content placement supporting the brand managers and digital manager.
  • Enable excellence and efficiency in digital service delivery by leveraging off-shore PLS digital excellence center in Dublin and with close partnering of GCIT
  • Ensure compliance for digital marketing in collaboration with digital guidelines, procurement and GCIT processes.
  • responsible for development and implementation of the online content plan and agenda in close collaboration with the Brand Managers in the franchise and the Digital Execution manager
  • Serves as RTE Champion for the CPO Drives the engagement in SEA, SEO and Social Media (Linkedin) for the CPO. Key Performance Indicators (optional)
  • Financial targets CPO
  • Results of online activities versus pre-defined online KPI’s (e.g. website traffic, newsletter conversion, open and click through rates, social engagement etc)
  • Implementation rate of agreed online content plan and agenda
  • KPIs development & realization for digital activities
  • Manage risk, compliance and controls environment, measured through internal and external audits and reviews Ominichannel engagement measures Ideal Background : Education & Qualifications (optional)
  • Academic degree in business administration (marketing / advertising majors), communications or media studies.
  • 4+ Work experience in Swiss market in digital marketing or omnichannel engagement
  • Digital agency experience a strong plus Language (optional)
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English required, French is a plus
