Tasks and responsibilities
- Maintenance and support of the functional client / server application based on Sailpoint Identity Governance & Microsoft SQL Server
- Development of new capabilities and interfaces
- Improving and optimizing the global IT system landscape
- Participation in global projects
- Root cause analysis and fixing of problems
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable professional experience
- Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in Identity Governance (Sailpoint)
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Technology
- Experience in Java, Scripting and development technologies
- Experience in DevOps
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, )
- Experience in leading projects / external partners
- International Exposure in daily tasks
- Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
Nice to have
- Pharma industry knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge on ITIL processes
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Experience in Service Management Tools like ServiceNow
- Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
