YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Support transport team in every phase of transport process.
  • Quotation requests.
  • Transport arrangements.
  • Transport documents issuance: Packing List, Invoice, Customs certificates, etc.
  • Transport Purchase Order creation in SAP. 
  • Transport invoices management in SAP.
  • Communication with customers and logistics suppliers.
  • Coordination with internal departments.
  • Development of performance reports.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Completed studies with a focus on logistics or comparable.
  • Previous professional experience in logistics is preferable.
  • MS Office skills, especially good. Excel skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in international teams., high motivation and flexibility.
  • Independent, structured and determined way of working.
  • Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
