YOUR TASKS: 

 

  • Execute and control administrative task.
  • Launch purchases requested by the operational part of the SAAPAC Service.
  • Support local organizations in the purchase request.
  • Control and execute invoicing.
  • Control orders and payments from subcontractors.
  • Support the financial area in the cost calculation of the SAAPAC Service.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Certificate of Higher Education – Business administration or economy.
  • Complementary Training and experience: MS office, Excel, SAP, Power BI.
  • High level of written and spoken English (C1). 
  • Flexible and able to adapt the daily activities according to the necessities of the company.
  • Pro-active person, with initiative when facing issues and anticipating to them.
  • Responsible and organized person who take ownership of the assigned tasks.
  • High sense of teamwork, self-sufficient and analytical mindset.
