At Kapres Technology we are looking for a Service Manager to work for a multinational client of the insurance sector.
Working within a team of transversal specialists based in multiple countries.
Supporting the team of ITIL Global Process Owners with carrying biannual surveys, maintaining governance models, managing changes, managing communications and governance.
The position is remote within Spain.
Expertise :
- Expertise in IT Service Management;
- Service will require an understanding of survey methodology and analysis;
- Using of tools such as PowerBi;
- Expertise of ServiceNow;
- Creating comprehensive and compelling presentations and documentation and expertise with communicating to large multinational audiences and up to C-level;
- Expertise on Database and spreadsheet.
- Service Non-technical expertise :
- Service will require Business & Data analysis;
- Analyzing and presenting data to a wide audience;
- Organizing and running workshops with internal and external clients;
- Solving problems;
- Expertise of working in a Global environment;
- English environment.
- Service Methodology / certification requirements :
- ITIL v4 desired
