Monitor Service operation indicators of service partners in the country (including the number of unclosed work orders, RTAT, service costs etc.
Follow-up analysis of abnormal data, timely development of improvement measures, collaboration with relevant departments to solve problems, and timely closed-loop.
- Output offline service store operations daily / weekly / monthly report.- Monitor the implementation of national operating standard actions and regular notification and tracking improvements.
- Adapt the release service announcement and specification standards to the knowledge base.- Responsible of store-level activities implementation such as service marketing planning / preparation / training / monitoring / on-site management, face2face communication with customer to better understand customer’s needs and collect the feedback.
- Responsible of developing or optimizing business regulations or work instructions.- Experience in store operations / training / repairing / service industry (electronic industry is preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Project management and time management skills are a necessity.- Experience using analysis tools.
- Strong communication & networking skills.
