COCUNAT is looking for a NEW SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER to lead and manage our Social Media team. We seek a strategic, proactive and experienced profile with great passion for growth and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategy, technology and platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the global and local Social Media strategy.
- Define clear KPIs to evaluate Social Media performance.
- Programming and scheduling the publications, with the Social Media team support.
- Preparation of results analysis reports and action plans (weekly and monthly).
- Keep an eye on Social Media trends and best practices.
- Direct participation in content creation.
- Video recording and editing.
- Establishing relationships with Social Media partners to develop a strong network for collaborations.
- Social Media team management
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media management
- Experience in working with the following applications is a BIG plus : Canva, Storrito, Finalcut, Later, Statusbrew, Socialinsider.
- Excellent team leader, able to organise the work flow, evaluate the performance of the team and lead by example.
- Excellent team player, able to work with other departments.
- Strong analytical skills in order to be able to analyse and performance of the different Social Media.
- Creative mind.
- Fluent in Spanish and in English.
- Proactive, with initiative. Don't be afraid of sharing your idea and opinion.
