To do that, we need the right people, at all levels, who really understand our 'Hard Work, Spirit and Soul' motto.Here’s what you’ll do : Social Media StrategyBe a bridge of communication across departments, schools, students and other collaboratorsPreparate the SoMe calendar for each month, coordinate and execute daily across five platformsCoordinate content of partner company posts and associated reporting Create a performance report every monthOnboard internal newcomers on SoMe, including new schools and customer-facing rolesCollaborate with the Education team to support bigger projects involving global SoMe presence and define a content planContent CreationBrainstorm content ideas to produce on a weekly basisConnect with schools, students, bartenders, and bars around the world to collaborate with usBe the point of contact between our community and EBS, creating and maintaining relationships and coordinating production with themManage the work and relationships with our third-party content agenciesCommunity ManagementSupport Community Management ensuring our tone of voice is maintained in replies to messages / comments on our global channelsReact to content from our community on Social Media and interact with our audienceBe a point of contact for the Social Media teams in the schools, providing support (and eventually reporting) in order to improve their profiles.
Follow the latest trends in Social Media to ensure we’re communicating in a relevant way with our target audienceJob Requirements : Proven work experience in a relevant Social Media position and a good understanding of organic SoMeDisplays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios (Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
Experience with video production and editing for Social Media purposesHands-on experience with Social Media management for brandsKnowledge and experience in the principles of digital marketingFirst-hand experience of an EBS course is a big plusExperience with the Hootsuite Social Media management platform is plus (and certifications in Hootsuite Academy even moreso!)A marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experienceA team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessaryExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with working proficiency in EnglishAttention to detail and ability to multitaskEBS Core Values : Our team is guided by our core values, which distinguish us in everything we do.
