Role Summary :
- Leading WMS implementation projects and solution ownership
- Defining business process workflows based on customer needs and adapting the entire implementation process to it
- Guiding the customer through the change
- Continuously partnering with project managers and other team members in planning efforts
- Offers mentorship and product level leadership to internal team
- Working on various types of projects in a multi-cultural organization
- Facing the top customers' standards from various sectors : Retail, Manufacturing, 3PL
- Operating in a dynamically changing environment
Skills and experience required :
Work experience
- Proven, 3+years Blue Yonder WMS implementation experience.
- Driving discussions on both functional processes and technical concepts in a language that can be understood across a diverse audience and multiple levels
- Knowledge of Supply Chain organization
- Ability to see bigger picture and clearly express the idea
- Experience on working with warehouse automation systems and SaaS / Cloud environment is a plus
- Work with different project delivery methodology is a plus

- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-organization and independence in action (working remotely or onsite with customer)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Mindset to learn and share knowledge
- Experience with any programming language (to read and work with code)
- SQL (relational DB systems) knowledge
- Hands-on experience on data integration with other systems
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written (one more foreign language is a strong plus)
- Willingness to travel
