Primary Function of Position
Responsible for assessing and validating the product features, Clinical Workflows and user experience have been implemented successfully.
Provides deep product expertise needed to make clinical product design decisions. Analyzes competitive product features and usability, communicating a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer clinical needs and workflows.
Takes on Clinical and usability SME hat (as part of the product team) to monitor delivery across the development teams by providing advice and guidance on requirements and defining feature and product acceptance criteria
Roles And Responsibilities
Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to internal and external stakeholders as well as the team
Take on the Clinical Workflow and clinical user experience leadership position within the product teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the optimal Clinical Workflows are embedded into the product requirements and user stories
Contributes to product specific OKRs that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels
Supports release planning with stakeholders
Leads sprint demos and product testing
Collaborates with designers to integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to ensure customer-driven design
Works closely with Product Director / Head of Product to establish product team’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
Qualifications and key skills :
Domain skills
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within healthcare or regulated industries
- Knowledge and experience with Digital Product strategy and development
- Understanding and knowledge of customers and how they interact with product offering
Craft
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into a product vision through in-depth expertise in product development, engineering, and UX
- Proficient in high quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
