About the Role :

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Global Sales Development to oversee, lead, coach and mentor our talented global SDR organization.

The Global SDR organization is facing excessive growth and we’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Sr. Director who is ready to realize this! The role will report directly into the VP of Corporate Sales & Sales Development.

What You'll Do :

Assume a visible role globally to position the global SDR organization for success

Define and execute the global strategy for SDR across the US, EMEA, and APJ

Manage relationships and communication with Senior Leadership Teams to ensure the SDR organization is supported and equipped to achieve goals (i.

e. marketing, operations, campaigns, Sales Ops etc.)

Provide Senior Director level leadership to front line SDR Managers, Senior Managers and Directors (each leading teams of approximately 8 - 10 reps) and empower the SDR Leadership Teams to exceed goals through mentorship and coaching

Drive the adoption of all appropriate initiatives to improve sales excellence and build discipline and cadence across the team to optimise execution in all aspects of the internal sales process.

Coach managers and reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practice.

Assume ownership of the people strategy, including talent and succession as well as driving and overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and ramping of top sales talent.

Some travel required to attend internal meetings as required.

What You'll Need :

Track record of leading a successful team across a region (e.g. EMEA or APJ) including having significant experience leading a large sales organisation, managing through first line sales leaders and demonstrating an ability to lead and successfully drive the execution of the sales teams.

Able to demonstrate experience of front-line sales management with history of meeting / exceeding performance expectations.

5 years of senior management experience

Strong track record of building a high-performance sales culture in a large team.

The ability to drive the adoption and use of required tools and processes is an important part of the role.

You will also have experience leading and managing change and transformation processes.

Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO

Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment

Understands the cybersecurity landscape

Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate

Project manager experience is a plus
