What you will do
The DA Risk Manager’s focus is on determining opportunities to provide profit to the business within the context of the CSS Global Risk Management framework.
- Provide leadership in the creation and execution of CSS Global Risk Management Framework.
- Participate in growing, implementing, and driving a global program for identifying and conducting engagement reviews / audits across the CSS business portfolio.
- Use the results of audits to identify Best Practices and Lessons Learned and work with applicable leads within the CSS organization to facilitate sharing across regions.
- Apply the results of engagement reviews / audits to resolve training requirements
Desired Experience
- Extensive experience in consulting projects and the subsequent understanding of project management and delivery issues.
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of project audit and review programs.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence various partners and drive project tasks, activities, actions, and issues to closure and overall success.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners, peers, and internal executives; outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.
- Committed, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate optimally within a multifaceted, fast-paced environment

As a member of Global Risk Management organization, you'll be responsible for review high complexity unsolicited bids, review high complexity solicited bids, lead global project or program reviews, participate in acquisition reviews, be an advisor for bid, project managers and Consulting.
Lead the development of programs, policies or tools, engage global bid reviews, generate / evaluate risk management statistics, conduct teaching (PDW, other).
