Mission :
Reporting to the Retail Manager, your mission is to supervise and manage the points of sale in the area in charge and his team, in order to maximize sales to achieve the proposed quantitative and qualitative objectives, increase market share, guaranteeing and taking care of an exceptional image of the brand and team management, as well as the best experience for Chanel customers.
Functions :
- Establish, ensure and oversee that the objectives of the points of sale in your area are achieved, according to the criteria given by the brand.
- Analyze the weekly, monthly and annual results of your centers, proposing and carrying out action plans per point of sale.
- Ensure the customer service at the centers in your area is exceptional, at the level required by the brand.
- Regular visits to points of sale (El Corte Inglés), ensure the development of the team and store managers, through continuous coaching and regular feedback.
- Ensure visual merchandising, marketing plan, maintenance plan and the various policies and procedures established by the company to guarantee the required brand image standards.
- Motivate the team in charge, for them to provide the best customer experience, ensuring their initial and ongoing training, and in addition, evaluating their performance each year.
- Manage the personnel in your area, in collaboration with the HRBP, in everything related to schedules, calendars, vacations, sick leave, coverage, holidays, bonuses, resolutions and hiring.
- Ensure the necessary communication reaches the entire team in the area correctly.
- Manage stock orders from the centers under your responsibility, ensuring that the stock in the centers is optimal, and its disposition in the center is correct.
- Maintain good relationship with ECI's perfumery and plant managers, ensuring at all times our relationship as business partners.
- Be the ambassador and representative of the brand wherever you go.
- Study and analyze the competition and their actions, making a monthly report, to maintain the commercial advantage, and carry out new business opportunities.
- Fill out and send the visit control in yoobic platform, in order to be able to monitor the status and situation of the centers and the proposed action plans to improve sales.
- Listen to staff at the sale moment, achieving, through coaching, congratulations and encouragement to repeat the best sales techniques and modify those that can be improved.
Requirements :
- 4 years of experience in team management in Retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- High english level.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, KPIs.
- Proficiency in computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
- Knowledge of the perfumery sector.
- Excellent supervisory and analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great leadership skills and ability to lead an effective team.
- Availability to travel 90% of the time.
- Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
