About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor :
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.
Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.
The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.
The Role of Supervisor Lobby Lounge :
We currently have an opportunity for a fantastic Supervisor Lobby Lounge to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor, Spain!
Reporting into our Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for providing only the highest levels of customer service.
As an essential member of the team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. To provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!
Our ideal Supervisor Lobby Lounge will have :
A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest guest experience and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
You should have previously worked in a guest facing supervisory role within luxury resorts, the ability to provide guidance to others, and have a creative flair;
bringing your personal touch and energy to all our Guests joining us in the lobby.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Mallorca.
