About Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor :
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.
Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.
The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, direct access to the beach, adult pool access to the beach, adult pool and vitality pool, Kids for All Seasons, and a wine tasting experience in the vineyards.
The Role of Head Chef :
We currently have an opportunity for a Talented and creative Head Chef to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor, Spain!
Reporting into the Executive Chef, you will be Head Chef for the daily operation of the Restaurants, Pool, Banqueting, Room Service, and our Employee Restaurant.
Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our culinary team, planning and developing menus, food costs, banquet events, hygiene and sanitation, effective planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

Will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Mallorca.
