Job description
As a team member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our exciting infrastructure, including remotely across multiple locations.
In our data centers and network hubs, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of both hardware and software using the latest technology.

- Support and coordination of all IT infrastructure components incl. client environment :
- Hardware - requirements planning, procurement
- Virtualization infrastructure (VMware, server, SAN, storage)
- Network and firewall environment, cloud applications
- Communication (telephony, chat, mobile communications, internet service provider)
- Virtual machines including the associated server applications (Windows server domain, sometimes Linux)
- Software - update planning, installation of newly introduced systems, care / maintenance of software already in use
- Security - backup, information security, stability
- Carrying out varied, innovative and interdisciplinary IT projects
- Project coordination with external service providers and internal departments
- Continuous optimization and further development of the IT environment
Job requirements
- A degree in business informatics or successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, alternatively a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT system administration
- Administration knowledge in the area of Microsoft desktop (Windows 10 / 11) and server operating systems (Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022)
- Experience in the administration of a Microsoft Windows Server domain (Active Directory, Azure, DHCP, DNS, File, Print etc.)
- Professional experience in the operation and further development of IT systems in the Microsoft and Linux environment
- Service and service-oriented way of working
