These are your tasks :
- As part of your core activity,you will provide telephone support as part of a team and look afterthe entire IT infrastructure, including network components,firewalls, DSLAMs, Windows servers (cloud and on-premise), systemand standard software and VoIP telephone systems
- You will independently design and manage IT projects andcoordinate collaboration with external service providers
- After your induction period, you will takepart in the alternating, time-limited on-call duty
This is you :
- You have completed your training as an ITspecialist or have an equivalent qualification
- You have already gained some relevant work experience
- You work in a service-oriented manner
- You are characterized by your independentway of working and your affinity for new technologies
