What you’ll do :
The successful candidate will work closely with the Tax Manager and assist with managing the tax agenda of Indicia Worldwide's EMEA entities.
- Prepare, review, submit and send for payment VAT returns / Intrastat declarations in cooperation with external service providers
- Prepare the underlying data for CIT returns and other local tax declarations, assist the tax manager with review and submission
- Monitor the VAT development around EMEA and highlight changes with a potential impact on the business and assist the tax manager with the implementation of any changes in finance and tax process
- Prepare monthly tax cash flow forecasts and CIT / VAT reconciliations
- First contact point of the Central Shared Service Centre, Operations and Clients teams on VAT related queries
- Closely cooperate with the ERP team in order to implement upcoming e-invoicing and SAF-T obligations or other tax technology requirements
What you'll bring :
- Experience in VAT compliance or other tax
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Experience in working with an ERP Software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, experience with Microsoft NAV is an advantage)
- Good command of Excel
- Fluent in English

Role Requirements :
This role can be based on a remote basis, with occasional travel to an Indicia Worldwide office.
