Job Description

As a Transaction to Invoice Team leader , you will be responsible for driving, leading, and motivating the team to provide effective solutions to maintain CHEP retail database sustainable, taking into consideration customer satisfaction.

The final objective of the team is to make sure CHEP customers are properly billed and their pallet stock is as accurate as possible.

Major Accountabilities :

Build effective and motivated team of.

Contribute to improve Engagement & Enablement of the team.

Make sure that all processes executed by the team are aligned with policy of the company.

Work proactively with the team to give valid solutions based on root cause analysis to the different transactions related issues.

Make sure the processes managed by the team members are completed correctly and on time.

Make sure the team manages properly customer information; take the necessary actions to help to correct errors related to customer transactions.

Implement the required processes and tools to deliver lean objectives.

Create environment for the proper cooperation between various departments across the company giving support to all CHEP Europe Countries.

Participate in the department’s continuous improvement program.

Take preventive actions to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximized.

Promote closer relations with the Customer Service Local Teams to work together to improve processes and maximize customer satisfaction.

Experience :

Team management experience (3+ years).

Excellent SAP and MS Excel knowledge.

Proactive implementer of change with a focus on Continuous Improvement of Performance, Process and Compliance.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Knowledge of CHEP Service Offers.

Knowledge of CHEP transactional flows, account structures, invoicing and pricing.

Experience in working in a multi-cultural, international and matrix organization.

Skills and Knowledge :

Analytical and high attention to detail.

Outstanding people management skills and experience; managing, developing, and mentoring a team.

Results orientated.

Strong customer focus.

Advanced knowledge of SAP, Sales Force & Business Warehouse.

Microsoft Office. (Advanced Level)

Microsoft Excel.

Visual basic for applications (VBA) and Python programming.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Languages : English, Spanish.

English, Spanish.

Additional European Language(s) would be a plus.
